The Society seeks to:

- preserve and share the rich heritage of the Westfield Area for future generations,

-to give voice to under-represented groups and tell the story of the common person;

-to build and support a community of people interested in history and culture;

-and provide tools for historical research and publication.

The Miller - Cory House Museum is open from 2-4 PM on Sunday afternoons but  not open during the Summer months of June, July or August. In September, we will re-open with open-hearth cooking demonstrations that are held in the Frazee Building on the grounds with costumed docents on hand to guide visitors through the 1740 farmhouse.

Ask about our weekday tours for groups and our Showcase of 18th Century Skills, which visits local schools with an outreach crafts and lecture program. The museum office is open weekday mornings from 9AM to noon. Please call for the latest event information (908)-232-1776.
